7 Day Beauty Plan


Here are seven tips for seven days, the beauty of natural skin care products:


Beauty Tips 1 – Mask of Power


Take the egg whites, honey and yogurt, and instead of eating, that will stick in the face like a mask. Rinse with warm water. These ingredients can be used together or separately or mixed in any combination. This will be the tone of the skin and then the skin will give you a radiant complexion.


Beauty Tips 2 – All Natural Self-Tanner


Use either tea or cocoa. If you have a good lotion for all natural skin care, you can add the color of cocoa or tea (strong tea boil for about five minutes). Otherwise, you can add tea to lanolin, sesame oil or olive oil can certainly create a self-tanner.


Beauty Tips 3 – Fruits, such as hair conditioner


Mash up a banana and avocado together. Wash hair as usual and then apply fruit mixture on wet hair. Gently comb and leave for fifteen minutes. Rinse. To do this, once or twice a week for shiny straight hair looking healthy.


Beauty Tip 4 – Microdermabrasion Baking Soda


Microdermabrasion is a fashion these days. But you have to wonder how aggressive chemical ingredients are those that you buy in a department store. All you need is some baking soda. Moisten face with warm water. Put a couple of tablespoons of baking soda in the palm of your hand, then work on her face. Baking soda is an abrasive nature that is the most delicate respect to retail stores. Rinse well. If you feel a bite, you know that it works!


Beauty Tips 5 – Bleaching natural teeth


Good old baking soda again. And this is something that has been taught for many years, brushing teeth with baking soda will help whiten them. It is much safer than using them, teeth whiteners that you can buy retail, and it is much more profitable. Add baking soda to a damp toothbrush and spend a minute to go on the teeth. In short, eat healthy balanced meals, fruits, vegetables, lean meats and dairy products low in fat. Avoid junk food.
